Grande Reserve is quiet, staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful and get things taken care of. This complex is for older people, don’t move here if you’re young. Also neighbors and office are very nosey and always in your business. Office management sucks and just money hungry.
Great place to live, pet friendly and conscious. The Staff and Customer Service at Grande Reserve is always timely, courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of properly. This apartment makes great use of its space.

Quiet, safe and excellent community management and service crew. We would highly recommend living here. Multiple entrances with grocery stores and shopping nearby. I have enjoyed living here the past month. Great community, maintenance and office staff are terrific.

The walls are thin enough so I truly dont want to hear conversations when Im trying to sleep. Don’t move here, a waste of time and money. For the amount being paid every month you can’t even be free in your own home. Have to tip toe, and not let your dog play freely in their own home.
She was really knowledgeable of the community amenities and aparment amenities as well. They make the moving process really easy and understandable which is good because they do not cause more headaches than the moving process already cause. Personally, I would really recommend this place to live!!! The community is really respectful and it feels like you are living on a bubble of how quite and problem free it is.
Should have more options where carpets aren't in bedrooms. Grand Reserve of Naperville has 3 shopping centers within 0.7 miles, which is about a 13-minute walk. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. If you enjoy the outdoors, stroll or jog along the DuPage Riverwalk’s 1.75 miles of bricked pathways, winding around fountains and bridges. The local railway station connects commuters to Chicago Union Station in less than an hour. Rentals in Downtown Naperville include amenity-laden apartments close to the station as well as condos in the attractive Riverwalk area.
