Grande Reserve Staff from Management to Maintenance are always Professional and Courteous. It is quiet and the residents are very respectful of each other. I am glad to be a part of this community at Grand Reserve.

We have lived at Grande Reserve for over four years. The staff and management goes above and beyond. Keeping everyone informed and up to date, maintenance is quick and they go above and beyond.
I love the high ceilings and well-placed windows. The Staff at Grande Reserve are very kind, considerate, respectful. They go above and beyond to make your stay and time at Grande Reserve enjoyable and make sure things are taken care of. Communication is key and they do a great job communicating to all residents here at Grande Reserve. You might be able to get out and walk when living in this area.
We feel like we aren't even in town, there is so much nature nearby. The space is well planned -- I enjoy the large bedroom and especially, the dining area. At Grand Reserve of Naperville we do our best to provide you with high-quality service apartment homes.
The walls are thin enough so I truly dont want to hear conversations when Im trying to sleep. Don’t move here, a waste of time and money. For the amount being paid every month you can’t even be free in your own home. Have to tip toe, and not let your dog play freely in their own home.
Should have more options where carpets aren't in bedrooms. Grand Reserve of Naperville has 3 shopping centers within 0.7 miles, which is about a 13-minute walk. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. If you enjoy the outdoors, stroll or jog along the DuPage Riverwalk’s 1.75 miles of bricked pathways, winding around fountains and bridges. The local railway station connects commuters to Chicago Union Station in less than an hour. Rentals in Downtown Naperville include amenity-laden apartments close to the station as well as condos in the attractive Riverwalk area.
